1. The seller

Products under the FURRISH SQUIDY brand are sold by Furrish Squidy Limited Partnership, company registration number 0213569001359, head office at 67/1 Samut Khongkha Road, Tha Pradu Subdistrict, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong 21000, Thailand.

2. Placing an order

We currently take orders through our LINE Official Account (@furrish) and our social channels. An order is complete once we have confirmed the items and received payment in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where stock has run out, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Thai Baht. We quote the current price and shipping cost before you confirm any order. We accept bank transfer and PromptPay; please send us proof of payment after transferring.

4. Delivery

We ship throughout Thailand using private courier services.
Orders normally dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
Transit typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the destination.
We send the tracking number on LINE once the parcel is on its way.
Transit time is outside our control and may be longer during holidays or force majeure events.

5. Checking your delivery

Please inspect the parcel and its contents on arrival. If you find transit damage, a broken foil seal, or items that do not match your order, photograph it and tell us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Exchanges and refunds

We will replace the goods or refund you in full if the product arrived damaged in transit, the seal was not intact, or we shipped the wrong item.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
As this is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items where there is no quality problem, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Approved refunds are transferred within 7 business days of the agreement.

7. Natural variation

This is a natural product. Colour, size, thickness and shape vary between sheets and between batches. That is normal and is not a defect.

8. Limitation of liability

Our treats are complementary pet food — not a complete diet, and not a medicine or therapeutic product. Please serve within the recommended amounts and always supervise your pet. If your pet has an existing condition or a history of seafood allergy, consult your veterinarian before feeding.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
